Ez Keto Guides is intended for users aged 18 and above. We take measures to restrict access to our website, products, and services for minors. While our content is not inherently inappropriate, it is designed for a mature audience capable of understanding the responsibilities and implications of the business world.

If we become aware that a subscriber does not meet this age requirement, their account will be removed from our database. Similarly, any customer found to be under 18 will receive a full refund, and any purchased products must be returned or deleted.

We accept payments from almost everywhere in the world but due to store limitations, prices are listed in ZAR. However, this will automatically be converted to your local currency at checkout at NO extra cost to you and with NO hidden fees or charges.

We are currently working on a solution for this to localize the store currency to the customers location!

The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an order for products available on our service, you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your order, including but not limited to:

• Your credit or debit card details (card number, expiration date, security code) – Note: We do NOT store your payment details.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Results are not guaranteed. We are not licensed medical professionals, and our products are not a substitute for medical advice. However, many individuals have successfully achieved their keto goals with action & consistency using our products. Before starting any new diet or exercise plan, we recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services and website, after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and our service.
